Our flagship sits at 184 Wythe Avenue, Brooklyn, between a vintage synth repair shop and an espresso bar — fitting neighbors. Doors open Tuesday through Sunday, 11am to 8pm, with extended hours on Record Store Day and during local release events.
Appointments aren't required, but they're recommended if you'd like a private listening session in our vinyl room or want our luthier to evaluate a trade-in. Email ahead and we'll set aside the hour, the headphones, and the espresso.

How fast do you respond to inquiries?
We answer most messages within 24 business hours. Order-status requests receive a same-day reply during open store hours, seven days a week.
Do you offer instrument repair or setup?
Yes. Our in-house luthier handles setups, restringing, and electronics on guitars, basses, and select amps. Drop off or ship — turnaround averages three to five business days.
Can I reserve an item before visiting the store?
Absolutely. Call or message us to place a 24-hour hold on any in-stock instrument, pedal, or record. We happily set it up in a demo room for your arrival.
Do you accept submissions from independent artists?
We review submissions monthly for our Indie Spotlight series. Send a streaming link, one-paragraph bio, and any press to [email protected] — we listen to everything.
Press & Partnership Inquiries
For album premieres, artist interviews, or review copy requests, email [email protected] with your outlet, deadline, and a brief pitch. We respond to verified press within two business days and can coordinate embargoed streams, hi-res photography, and direct artist availability.
